Well I have downloaded the book and am about to start reading.

As well as losing myself in the plot – which I’m gathering is packed with surprises because we are told not to assume we know the ‘anatomy’ of a love triangle – I shall be wondering how two authors write together.

Will there be two distinct voices or will they blend seamlessly together, and if so how do they achieve that?  In my fiction I sometimes work with other authors,. Taking a character each is easy to understand, but how to blur the writing into one cohesive collaboration impresses me. I wonder how this thriller is written.

I hope my readers and listeners are on board with our new book and I look forward to talking to you later this month.

I am only on chapter 8 but am enjoying it so far. I didn’t even realize there were 2 authors until I read Posy’s intro here, so I guess they have done a wonderful job of merging. I think I’d like to partner up with another writer in some way. And I just read a moment where one character invites the other for face masks, Notting Hill, and Chinese take out. I thought of you all and imagined how lovely that would be right now. Cheers!

Wonderful news Brigit, I look forward to you joining us for the book discussions later this month. I finished The Wife Between Us this weekend and was really impressed. Like you the fact there were 2 authors was not detectable, they must work together seamlessly!

I could feel menace as I read the book, and deception and secrets. I kept guessing what they could be and all I will say is “Red Herrings everywhere!” I was engaged right til the end. I can’t wait to chat to our other readers about this exciting book.

So I finished this book and have to say….TRUST NOTHING!!!!

What a great finish. The build up in part one keeps you guessing then slaps you upside the head. A good turn of events. No loose ends are left. Written wonderfully and with absolute mystery. I cannot recommend this book enough 🙂
